Standard international shipping estimated delivery time after warehouse shipment: United States mainland 6–13 business days; United Kingdom, Canada, Australia 7–15 business days; all EU member countries 9–19 business days. All delivery cycles are reference values only. Delays caused by customs inspection queues, local courier backlogs and extreme weather are beyond our control and will not be deemed delivery breach. Shipping fees are automatically calculated on the checkout page based on package weight, volume and receiving region. Free shipping activities only apply to orders that meet the clear minimum consumption threshold marked on the homepage and product banners. No extra delivery fees will be charged after payment is completed. All import tariffs, customs clearance fees and local sales taxes incurred when the package arrives at the destination country shall be fully borne by the buyer. We will truthfully declare product value and category in accordance with international logistics regulations and cannot bear any customs-related expenses for buyers. Once the goods are shipped out of the warehouse, a unique tracking number and logistics query link will be sent to your registered email address. If there is no logistics update for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact customer service to apply for logistics tracking investigation. Parcels returned to our warehouse due to recipient refusal, expired pickup time or invalid delivery address will generate return freight borne by the buyer. If you need us to resend the goods, you need to pay all secondary delivery fees in advance. If you apply for a full refund after the goods are returned to the warehouse, the original delivery fees paid at checkout will not be reimbursed. We do not provide delivery services to PO boxes, military restricted areas and internationally sanctioned regions. Logistics carriers may suspend delivery to high-risk marked addresses, and we reserve the right to cancel such pending shipments unilaterally.
